Florida NFIB Workers' Compensation Program

EMPLOYERS®, America’s small business insurance specialist®, and the National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB), the nation’s leading small business association, have joined forces to provide the opportunity to earn a flat dividend of up to 30% in addition to already competitive rates on workers’ compensation insurance for eligible members in Florida.

NFIB members can access workers’ compensation coverage that includes a 5% flat dividend for NFIB members that is not tied to loss experience or minimum premium. NFIB members insured by EMPLOYERS may also be eligible for an additional flat dividend of up to 25% based on policy size and loss experience, among other factors.
